Information of the stand designer: These are individual stand designer which “IED Communications Ltd “feels are good and recommend to be used. These companies are known for their best rates, quality, and timely delivery.

Electrical requirement: Additional electrical requirements are usually used by bare spaces and companies which require extra power to run machines other than laptops and plasma screens

Pneumatic: This connection is required by Robotics companies, and companies who require to use motors for their display of products

Stationery: A Business centre is provided for all stationer need on payment terms.

Stand cleaning and waste: every day morning 10.30, afternoon 1.0 clock and evening 4 your stand will be cleaned in your presence and waste disposal will be taken from the attendant at the stall.

Hostess: we provide hostess and host, male female as pet your requirement, rates differ according to the requirement of the clientele.

Interpreters: Intimation by, we can provide interpreters in all languages: subject to the availability at the embassy in Mumbai, Cost will be provided on requirement

Photography: “IED Communications Ltd” will appoint an official photographer and can be available for your use on payment terms

Video: “IED Communication Ltd” will appoint an official photographer who will also do the Video shooting an can be available for your use on payment terms

Individual stand security: “IED Communications Ltd” will appoint an official security agent who will provide security at the Pre exhibition days, exhibition days and dismantling period, so these companies will provide individual stand security – rates are enclosed in form.

Transport and logistics: IED will appoint an official Transport and logistic company who will take care of the International, & National participants and their requirements.

Octori: Is applicable as per the state government of Maharashtra, an official agent will be appointed to meet all the requirement of participants out side EX Mumbai
